| A sit-down hydrofoil is a type of water ski product. It is typically towed behind a watercraft that has both a spotter and a driver. The seat comes with safety straps and bindings for the rider. You will start in deep water while keeping the tip of the board out of the water. Once the board starts to plane you need to lean forward in order to keep the hydrofoil from leaving the water. You can steer the hydrofoil by moving your knees to point in the direction you want to go and leaning back allows you to jump out of the water.
