Is the Reverse Funnel System, founded by Ty Coughlin, a sustainable business? Can new members really succeed in the Reverse Funnel System, and if they don’t, what will it cost them?
Will the Reverse Funnel System still be around in 2, 5 or 10 years? To find the answer to this question, look no further than the investment required to get started. Let's add it all up: $49 information fee, $3,000 membership fee, $300 administration fee, and then throw in another $3,000 plus for advertising. Total cost to get going a minimum of $6,500. Can I ask you how many people do you know that have a spare $6,500 to start a business with no guarantee of success? Yes, some are prepared to invest that sought of money, but sooner or later the potential pool of investors will run out.
Another indication of the expected life span of the Reverse Funnel System is the product that is being sold, and the plans of Ty Coughlin to expand the product line. Ty Coughlin has no plans to expand the product line beyond membership of the Global Resorts Network (GRN). For however long it might be in existence, the Reverse Funnel System is going to peddle GRN memberships at $3,000 a pop. I’m not sure how long that fee will continue to attract investors.
To continue to be a member of the Reverse Funnel System it will cost you $299 a month, let's call it $300. While that might be a nice little earner for Ty Coughlin and friends, it doesn’t do the Reverse Funnel System members any favors. Prospects pay $49 to find out about the Reverse Funnel System. They then pay a $300 membership fee, and a month later they’re up for another $300. I make that to be $750 in about 30 days that a newbie needs to recoup on top of the initial start up costs. Most newbies won’t make that back in 30 days, and sorry, but Ty Coughlin won’t give it back either.
Find a business that stands behind its promises, that has a broad and expanding range of products with widespread appeal, and that is honest about what it is going to cost to become involved.
By the way Ty, if you are reading this, can I please have my $49 back as promised? I’m not holding my breath! |
